bails bonds, as in monetary or other assurances that a person will appear in court at a specified time
bot a debt or responsibility
chiliarch military commander and adviser to the prince
guild a united community of freely associating persons (not necessarily practicing the same trade, as in later usage)

rezana, … kuna, … nogata monetary units; typically, 1 nogata equaled 1/20 of a grivna (the primary monetary unit), 1 rezana equaled 1/50 of a grivna, and a kuna could be either a marten fur or a fraction of a grivna, such as 1/25 or 1/50.
threshing court here, the common area where villagers took their freshly harvested grain to thresh it (that is, to separate it from the plant materials encasing it)
veksha monetary unit equal to 1/24 of a nogata
